Domestic Orders (all 50 United States)
Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, while large orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex. Delivery is normally within 4-7 business days of order placement if all items are in stock. If you would like to add insurance to your package or need expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We can offer overnight shipments or we can also ship on your UPS or FedEx account if needed, contact us for details.
Most international shipments will ship via USPS Express Mail International, which typically takes 1-2 weeks for arrival and also includes tracking and insurance. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, tariffs or brokerage fees. All customs forms are filled out with the correct price information – we do NOT lie on customs forms so you can avoid taxes. You are also responsible for researching any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply to imported shipments from the United States. The customer assumes all responsibilities for packages lost or seized by customs unless the package is returned to us in its original condition. We will e-mail you to verify the shipping address and method of all international orders prior to shipment. Please include a phone number with your order for customs forms.
